Arkansas Finalist Joah Smith will represent Arkansas in the National Civics Bee in Washington, D.C. on November 12. He will be going up against 26 finalists from other states.
Joah won the National Civics Bee competition at Rogers Heritage High School back in April, qualifying him for the state competition in Little Rock. He was able to win the state competition and therefore qualified to move on the the national competition. The National Civics Bee will be livestreamed from 9am to 1:30pm .
